Pharrell Williams, the iconic musician, producer, and creative visionary, has once again expanded his artistic achievements with his new film Piece By Piece, a groundbreaking cinematic collaboration with LEGO. The animated autobiographical film explores creativity, resilience, and purpose, seamlessly blending storytelling with LEGO's signature aesthetics. Known for shaping the sound of modern music through his work with The Neptunes and as a solo artist, Piece By Piece explores Pharrell's career from its inception in Virginia Beach until now.

Pharrell's career skyrocketed with The Neptunes, the legendary production duo he formed with Chad Hugo. Together, they crafted genre-defining hits for artists like Britney Spears, Jay-Z, and Justin Timberlake, earning a reputation for their innovative fusion of funk, hip-hop, and pop. As a solo artist, Pharrell solidified his position as a global icon with chart-topping songs like "Frontin'" and "Happy," showcasing his knack for infectious melodies and feel-good anthems.

Our goal was to tell the story of his musical journey in conjunction with LEGO and Focus Features. To do this, we enlisted the help of multiple creative partners across the digital landscape to help us amplify the overall narratives of the film.

Piece By Piece reflects Pharrell's dedication to collaboration and innovation. Beyond his contributions to music and film, Pharrell's influence spans fashion, art, and pop culture. From co-founding the luxury streetwear brand Billionaire Boys Club to collaborating with Adidas and Chanel, his ability to merge art forms has cemented him as a cultural trailblazer. Piece By Piece is a testament to his enduring legacy, showcasing how his boundless creativity continues to push boundaries and inspire the world. In blending music, animation, and storytelling, Pharrell once again proves that his artistry knows no limits.

Touré Ali Shiver is a visual artist and brand-marketing specialist from Alexandria, VA seeking to create visual content and marketing strategies that change the way consumers interact with brands.

Born on September 14, 1994 in Washington D.C., Shiver grew up in Alexandria, VA where he completed his high school years at T.C. Williams High School. It was during his time year at T.C. when he discovered his passion for photography and design after enrolling in a digital photography and film course while freelancing for private clients.  

Now a recent graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Mr. Shiver’s plans to continue working on building his multimedia creative imprint TouréxAli Co. and ISSUé magazine while pursuing his long time goal of becoming a Creative Director.

With and a goal of changing the perspectives of those that view his work, Shiver brings a new refreshing outlook on creativity, art, design and the world through the visuals that he creates. Shiver often says, “creativity breeds excellence,” and excellence is what he strives to achieve.
