I've decided to start a new venture called Sushi & Sake, where I'll travel worldwide searching for the best Sushi and Sake. I've been eating sushi since I was a child, and since then, it's become a hobby of mine. I'm fascinated by how chefs can do so much with the simplest ingredients and how it is genuinely an art form where quality reigns supreme.
